A1: If you have an experience in using this machine, you can choose one according to the specification data of the
machine that you have used. If no, you can choose a suitable one according to the water volume and the water temp
before cooling, the target temp and cooling time you expected, or please let us help, we have professional engineer team
who will be happy to give you a recommendation.
Q2: How would i know if your ice bath machine is compatible with my existing bathtub or pool? and is it easy for me to
install?
A2: You don’t have to be an atechnical person to start using our ice bath machine, it is easy for you to install and operation,
simply use your existing bath you like or any tubs/pools will work very well.
Q3:How to get the right solution with right price?
A3:When you send us the inquiry, please kindly provide us the following information:
1) How much litres of water are there in your pool or bathtub?
2) Water temperature before cooling and after cooling you expected?
3) Cooling time you expected?
5) The voltages and frequency of your electricity?
6) How to ship it? such as the destination port, shipping terms, way of transportation?

A4: Generally, for our standare items, it is within 2-4 working days after receiving the payment and confirming all details for
our standard items if the goods are in stock, or it is 7-14 working days if the items are not in stock, for custom-made items,
